Who publishes this site, who hosts it, and what we do with the information you share with us.

Intellectual property

The texts, images, animations and logo on this site belong to MIRALTO unless stated otherwise. Reproduction without written permission is not allowed. Software names mentioned (Rhino, Revit…) belong to their respective owners.

Personal data

What we collect. Only what you enter in our two forms:

Follow the Lab: your e-mail.
Online session sign-up: your first name (optional), your e-mail, the session you chose, and whether you ticked “Also follow the Lab”.

We also record the language of the page and the page you signed up from. Before anything is saved, we send you an e-mail to confirm your address: without that click, you are not signed up anywhere.

Why. Follow the Lab: to send you newly tested methods and invitations to the sessions. Session: to send you the joining link, the date and the practical details of the session. We never sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Legal basis. Your consent, given when you fill in the form and then confirm your address. Signing up for a session only makes you follow the Lab if you tick the box for it. You can withdraw your consent at any time: reply “stop” to any of our e-mails, use the unsubscribe link offered by your mail app, or write to us.

Who can see it. MIRALTO only, with the help of technical providers: Netlify (hosting and form handling, USA), Brevo (e-mail delivery and contact lists, France) and Microsoft (mailbox). Transfers outside the European Union are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it. Until you unsubscribe, and at most 3 years after our last exchange. It is then deleted.

On your device. Once your address is confirmed, your browser keeps your e-mail and first name (local storage, never sent anywhere else) to prefill the session sign-up form. You can erase it at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

Your rights. You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use or ask for a copy by writing to contact@miralto.fr. You can also contact the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies

This site uses no advertising cookies and no analytics. A single technical cookie, “lang”, remembers the language you picked with the FR | EN switch. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which passes your IP address to Google. Replay thumbnails are loaded from YouTube (Google); the video only opens on YouTube if you click.
